Returns Policy

Returns are not possible.  Please DO NOT send back corals unless specifically requested to do so by Tidal Gardens.

If you have an issue with a coral that died during shipping, please see our DOA policy below:

As much as we may try to improve our shipping procedures, some corals do not survive the shipping process. Shipping is possibly the most stressful event a coral can experience and certain corals are more sensitive than others. If a coral arrives dead, please take a picture of it, and send it to us. We will provide a refund credit for the price of the coral. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements, only credit. There are two reasons for this: 1) sometimes the coral is unique and a suitable replacement does not exist and 2) the cost of another round of shipping is prohibitively expensive.
