Returns are not possible. Please DO NOT send back corals unless specifically requested to do so by Tidal Gardens.
Dead on Arrival (DOA):
Tidal Gardens offers a 7 day guarantee. As much as we may try to improve our shipping procedures, some corals do not survive the shipping process. Shipping is possibly the most stressful event a coral can experience and certain corals are more sensitive than others.
If a coral dies, please take a picture of it, and send it to us. There are two remedies we offer for DOA corals:
1. Replacement (if available) shipped with a future order. When placing the future order, please send us a reminder notice.
2. Refund for the price of the coral.
